PHASE 4 - Adding all the Foods
PHASE 4 is the 3 week phase when all of the foods are added back into the diet. Many people find that weight can still fluctuate up and down and daily weighing is recommended.
Dr. Simeons instructed people to add all foods back into the diet in moderation and continue to weigh daily. His weight management protocol was daily weighing and If they gained over 2lbs, he had them drink liquids all day and eat a large Organic Steak with a tomato or apple. When weighing again the next morning, people were pleasantly surprised!
